You're scoring to inform commit-forecast or to coach your next move. Outcome capture happens later — automatically, when the CRM transitions this opportunity to closed-won/lost, or manually if you log it on the result page.

You're scoring a closed-won, closed-lost, or churned deal to feed the calibration corpus. The outcome capture is requiredat the end of the form — that's the ground-truth pairing PSI uses to refine the rubric.
Learning mode · v0.3 in active calibration. Scores are decision input, not decision replacement. The rubric will retune as the corpus grows; past scores get retroactively replayed under each new rubric version so you can see how your calibration would shift.
