You're scoring to inform commit-forecast or to coach your next move. Outcome capture happens later: automatically, when the CRM transitions this opportunity to closed-won/lost, or manually if you log it on the result page.

You're scoring a closed-won, closed-lost, or churned deal to feed the calibration corpus. The outcome capture is requiredat the end of the form, that's the ground-truth pairing PSI uses to refine the rubric.
Learning mode · v0.3.1 in active calibration. Scores are decision input, not decision replacement. The rubric will retune as the corpus grows. Every score is stored with its rubric version so it can be replayed when the rubric changes. Takes about 10 minutes; have the business case and the implementation plan open.
